SERVICES & BOOKING TERMS
Pacific Visuals provides real estate media services including photography, videography, drone services, and digital media production.
Scheduling & Rescheduling
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. Clients may reschedule with at least 1 hour notice prior to the scheduled shoot.
Cancellations
No cancellation fees apply. However, excessive cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future service.
PROPERTY CONDITIONS
The property must be clean, staged, and ready at the time of the shoot.Pacific Visuals reserves the right to:Refuse service if the property is not readyProceed with the shoot under current conditions if the client choosesPacific Visuals is not responsible for the quality of results impacted by property condition.
TURNAROUND TIMES
Photography: up to 48 hours
Video: up to 120 hoursTurnaround times may vary depending on project scope and conditions. Rush delivery may be available as an add-on service.
PAYMENT TERMS
Full payment is required before delivery of any media. Media will not be released until payment is received in full.Accepted Payment MethodsCredit/Debit Card
Other methods may be accepted upon request
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LICENSE
All content produced by Pacific Visuals remains the exclusive property of Pacific Visuals LLC.Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:Use media for MLS listingsUse media for marketing and promotional purposesUse media across personal, brokerage, and social media platforms
Restrictions
Clients may not:Sell, sublicense, or transfer mediaUse media for commercial resale or third-party distribution
PORTFOLIO & MARKETING RIGHTS
Pacific Visuals reserves the right to use all media produced for portfolio, website, social media, and advertising purposes.
EDITING & REVISIONS
Each project includes one (1) revision per media type (photos and video).Additional revisions or advanced edits are subject to additional charges. Add-ons may be requested after the shoot if no return visit is required.
DRONE SERVICES
Drone services are subject to FAA regulations, airspace restrictions, weather conditions, and Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFRs).If drone services cannot be completed due to restrictions, a proportional refund will be issued based on the package pricing.
TWILIGHT & WEATHER POLICY
If twilight conditions are not suitable at the scheduled time, Pacific Visuals will reschedule the twilight shoot at no additional cost.
